Zendesk Integration
Summary
CloudApp is a visual communication tool which allows users to seamlessly take screenshots and screen recordings and share them with others. Through user interviews, we have noticed that there is an increasing desire for integrations to be created for communication platforms to allow for even speedier content sharing. We partnered with Zendesk to create an integration for their Apps Marketplace.

Challenges
There were a few immediate design challenges we faced when approaching the Zendesk integration. We needed the integration to answer the following questions:
What functionality should we prioritize within the limitations of the text editor?
How will users be sure they are sending the right content?
What is necessary to include for v1 and what can be left for a later version?
How do we show users who have never used CloudApp what we can do immediately?
Design Iterations
We went through a few iterations to try and reflect the look and feel of the mac app while still showing all the features that CloudApp could provide (aside from simply inserting the content via a link/image, one could also annotate and set expirations for the content).
InVision Prototype
After setting the look and feel of the design, we decided to create the prototype. We created a quick flow for how users would be able to change multiple aspects on a single piece of content before adding it to a ticket.
Once we set the flow, it was time to create the interactive prototype to present to Zendesk for review.
